SEMAFOR Group celebrates its 30th anniversary!

Today, the SEMAFOR Group brings together several activities and organisations, including Semafor, E2I – insertion par l’intérim and ALL INCLUSIVE, working in the fields of support, inclusion, learning and entrepreneurship.

These 30 years also reflect a collective journey built together with its teams. Some employees have been part of SEMAFOR for 15, 20 and even almost 30 years.

The Group has also recently become a mission-driven company (Entreprise à mission), strengthening its commitment around three key dimensions highlighted by Pierre Hermann: learning, inclusion and transformation.

Celebrating 30 years in Rouen

The anniversary was celebrated at the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rouen, during an evening bringing together employees, partners and members of SEMAFOR’s wider ecosystem.

Designed as an experience around the senses, the evening placed particular emphasis on meeting others, sharing and collective experiences. It was also an opportunity for Michel and Pierre Hermann to look back on the journey so far and on the family and entrepreneurial story that continues today.
