3rd Erasmus+ Mobility in Prague: Sharing Practices, Strengthening the European Network

Five days of exchange and discovery

The 3rd Erasmus+ project mobility took place from 16 to 20 March 2026 across Prague, Sezimovo Ústí and Tábor. It was organised by EDUCA International o.p.s., in collaboration with VOŠ, SŠ, COP – Sezimácká střední.

Over five days, participants had the opportunity to discover COPSU, exchange good practices with the different partner organisations and take part in several working sessions focusing on supporting young people.

The programme also provided an opportunity to better understand the Czech context, including the adult education system, support for early school leavers and the local labour market.

Sharing good practices

A key part of the mobility was dedicated to exchanges between partners. Several workshops gave each organisation the opportunity to present and share its good practices, methods and experience.

Partners also worked on good practice sheets. These contributions were later used as a basis for the development of the project’s Guide to Good Practices, helping to preserve and share the experiences gathered throughout the different mobilities.

From exchanges to podcasts

The mobility also took participants behind the microphones at the Magenta Experience Center in Prague, where project partners recorded a series of podcasts.

Through these episodes, representatives from the partner organisations share their experiences and approaches to supporting young people, giving another voice to the knowledge and exchanges developed throughout the project.

🎧 All podcast episodes are available on YouTube.

This final mobility concludes a series of European exchanges built around a common principle: observing, sharing and learning from one another.

A special thank you to EDUCA International o.p.s., VOŠ, SŠ, COP – Sezimácká střední, and all project partners for their contribution to this 3rd mobility.
